Maple Grove home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Maple Grove rose by $13,697 while total sales decreased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 329 homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,597 - a 4.8% increase over the $284,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 352 homes sold in Maple Grove in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Maple Grove for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,611, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
