Rogers home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Rogers rose by $21,000 while total sales increased by 2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $296,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Rogers in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Rogers for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,610, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
