Hopkins home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Hopkins rose by $10,475 while total sales increased by 14.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,475 - a 4.5% increase over the $232,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Hopkins in the third quarter of 2016.
