Brooklyn Center home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Brooklyn Center rose by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 20.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 127 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 159 homes sold in Brooklyn Center in the third quarter of 2016.
