Rogers home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Rogers rose by $19,100 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,000 - a 6.8% increase over the $279,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Rogers in the fourth quarter of 2016.
