Long Lake home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Long Lake rose by $61,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 27.5% increase over the $223,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Long Lake in the fourth quarter of 2016.
