New Hope home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in New Hope rose by $3,500 while total sales increased by 10.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,000 - a 1.6% increase over the $217,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in New Hope in the fourth quarter of 2016.
