New Hope home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in New Hope rose by $13,750 while total sales increased by 17.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,500 - a 6.4% increase over the $215,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in New Hope in the first quarter of 2017.
