Shorewood home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Shorewood fell by $19,550 while total sales increased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,450 - a 4.5% decrease over the $437,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Shorewood in the second quarter of 2017.
