Rogers home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Rogers rose by $25,913 while total sales increased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $321,663 - a 8.8% increase over the $295,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Rogers in the second quarter of 2017.
