St. Louis Park home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in St. Louis Park rose by $33,900 while total sales decreased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 240 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,500 - a 12.3% increase over the $276,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 246 homes sold in St. Louis Park in the second quarter of 2017.
