Maple Plain home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Maple Plain fell by $24,850 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,900 - a 9.1% decrease over the $271,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Maple Plain in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Maple Plain for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,219, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
