New Hope home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in New Hope rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 13.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 82 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 7.5% increase over the $228,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in New Hope in the second quarter of 2017.
