Bellaire home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Bellaire rose by $188 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 0.1% increase over the $319,813 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Bellaire in the second quarter of 2016.
