Little Canada home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Little Canada fell by $250 while total sales decreased by 43.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,500 - a 0.1% decrease over the $220,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Little Canada in the second quarter of 2016.
