Falcon Heights home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Falcon Heights fell by $5,250 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 1.9% decrease over the $275,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Falcon Heights in the third quarter of 2016.
