Mounds View home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Mounds View rose by $64,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 37.8% increase over the $170,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Mounds View in the fourth quarter of 2016.
