Roseville home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Roseville rose by $24,100 while total sales increased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $209,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Roseville in the first quarter of 2017.
