Maplewood home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Maplewood rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 15.1% increase over the $182,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Maplewood in the first quarter of 2017.
