White Bear Township home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in White Bear Township fell by $13,840 while total sales decreased by 46.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,110 - a 4.9% decrease over the $284,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in White Bear Township in the second quarter of 2017.
