North St. Paul home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in North St. Paul rose by $10,050 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,500 - a 4.6% increase over the $216,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in North St. Paul in the second quarter of 2017.
