St. Anthony (Ramsey County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in St. Anthony in Ramsey County rose by $68,500 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,500 - a 40.5% increase over the $169,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in St. Anthony in the second quarter of 2017.
