Savage home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Savage rose by $12,550 while total sales increased by 127.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 4.9% increase over the $257,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Savage in November 2016.
