Jordan home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Jordan fell by $16,926 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $313,240 - a 5.1% decrease over the $330,166 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Jordan in January 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Jordan for 2018 was $3,428. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,210. This marks an increase of 6.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
