Jordan home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Jordan rose by $113,150 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,150 - a 75.4% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Jordan in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Jordan for 2018 was $3,428. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,210. This marks an increase of 6.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
