Savage home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Savage fell by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $243,000 - a 3.6% decrease over the $252,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Savage in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Savage for 2018 was $3,585. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,452. This marks an increase of 3.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.5%.
