Jordan home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Jordan fell by $9,328 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,672 - a 4.2% decrease over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Jordan in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Jordan for 2018 was $3,428. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,210. This marks an increase of 6.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.6%.
