Jordan home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Jordan fell by $47,050 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,950 - a 16.5% decrease over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Jordan in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Jordan for 2018 was $3,428. In 2017, the median sales tax was $3,210. This marks an increase of 6.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.4%.
