New Prague home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in New Prague rose by $82,500 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,500 - a 47.1% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in New Prague in June 2017.

The median sales tax in New Prague for 2018 was $2,895. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,730. This marks an increase of 6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
