Newport home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Newport fell by $38,650 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,500 - a 18.4% decrease over the $210,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Newport in March 2016.
