Newport home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Newport rose by $30,750 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,700 - a 15% increase over the $204,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Newport in May 2016.
