Chanhassen (Carver County) home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Chanhassen in Carver County rose by $34,950 while total sales increased by 126.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $379,900 - a 10.1% increase over the $344,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Chanhassen in September 2016.
