Chaska home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Chaska fell by $11,100 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,900 - a 4.2% decrease over the $266,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Chaska in September 2016.
