Chaska home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Chaska rose by $83,400 while total sales increased by 19.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,900 - a 47.3% increase over the $176,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Chaska in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Chaska for 2017 was $3,052. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,054. This marks an decrease of 0.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
