Carver home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Carver rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 3.8% increase over the $332,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Carver in April 2017.
