Grant home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Grant rose by $113,750 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $516,250 - a 28.3% increase over the $402,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Grant in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Grant for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,106, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
