The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in South St. Paul fell by $35,700 while total sales increased by 78.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,500 - a 18.2% decrease over the $196,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in South St. Paul in January 2016.
