West St. Paul home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in West St. Paul fell by $9,250 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,850 - a 5.4% decrease over the $170,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in West St. Paul in February 2016.
