South St. Paul home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in South St. Paul rose by $22,550 while total sales decreased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,500 - a 13.3% increase over the $169,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in South St. Paul in April 2016.
