Apple Valley home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Apple Valley fell by $26,300 while total sales increased by 7.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 144 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,950 - a 10.7% decrease over the $246,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 134 homes sold in Apple Valley in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,436, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
