South St. Paul home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in South St. Paul rose by $12,710 while total sales decreased by 2.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,950 - a 6.8% increase over the $186,240 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in South St. Paul in June 2016.
