Northfield home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Northfield fell by $214,100 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,900 - a 53.9% decrease over the $397,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Northfield in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Northfield for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,925, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
