Northfield home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Northfield rose by $146,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $294,000 - a 98.6% increase over the $148,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Northfield in September 2016.
