Hampton (Dakota County) home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Hampton in Dakota County fell by $12,450 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 4.7% decrease over the $262,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hampton in September 2016.
