Ramsey home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Ramsey fell by $17,150 while total sales decreased by 9.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,850 - a 7% decrease over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Ramsey in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $2,240, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
