Linwood home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Linwood rose by $120,300 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,000 - a 62.1% increase over the $193,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Linwood in December 2016.

The median sales tax in Linwood for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $1,942, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
