Columbus home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Columbus fell by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $254,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Columbus in March 2017.
