Columbia Heights home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Columbia Heights rose by $45,500 while total sales decreased by 29.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,500 - a 25.3% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Columbia Heights in April 2017.
