Wayzata home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Wayzata rose by $237,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $565,000 - a 72.5% increase over the $327,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Wayzata in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Wayzata for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $6,115, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
