Plymouth home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Plymouth fell by $5,600 while total sales decreased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $348,500 - a 1.6% decrease over the $354,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Plymouth in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Plymouth for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,046, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
